Be an idea magnet: attract new ideas like a magnet and turn them into actionable proposals.

Do your other roles well: All employees play other roles such as parent, child, citizen, etc. They have to do the best and balance their role in the company.

Experience Transfer: Document your own experiences and pass them on obsessively to relevant current and future employees.
