Before stating the values, the definition of the values is stated. Values are permanent behaviors that all employees of the company must perform to achieve the mission and vision.
Make the company transparent: make all processes transparent to the stakeholders related to that process so that the need for face-to-face communication is minimized.
Prevention: All employees of the company at any level should not allow problems and crises to arise that can be prevented.
Prevent waste and stoppages: Ruthlessly stop waste of resources and preventable stoppages.
Make every interaction memorable: Make every interaction and relationship with the customer and other stakeholders memorable.
Be an idea magnet: attract new ideas like a magnet and turn them into actionable proposals.
Do your other roles well: All employees play other roles such as parent, child, citizen, etc. They have to do the best and balance their role in the company.
Experience Transfer: Document your own experiences and pass them on obsessively to relevant current and future employees.
Look at all activities and processes through the lens of HSE: HSE is not a unit but an attitude that is a prerequisite for any type of activity and process in the company
